These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Stepzy. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

1. Overview

Stepzy is a health and fitness application designed to help users track steps, workouts, insights, and activity trends. Some features are available for free, while others require a paid subscription (“Stepzy Pro”).

These Terms apply to all users of the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Stepzy. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Health Disclaimer

Stepzy provides general fitness tracking and informational insights. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your exercise or health routines.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Stepzy Pro is offered as an auto‑renewing subscription through Apple’s in‑app purchase system.

4.1 Auto‑Renewal

    • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
    • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
    • Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
    • You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

4.2 Free Trials

If a free trial is offered:

    • Any unused portion of a trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
    • After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless canceled.

4.3 Refunds

All billing and refund requests are handled by Apple.
Suvysoft cannot issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store.

5. Stepzy Pro Features

Stepzy Pro may include features such as:

  • 10+ premium themes
  • 10+ custom app icons
  • Pro widgets for iPhone and Apple Watch
  • Detailed workout insights with effort scoring
  • Early access to new features
  • Access to the Stepzy Discord community

Features may change or evolve over time.

6. User Data & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Stepzy uses Apple HealthKit to read and display your activity data.

We do not sell, share, or transfer your Health data to third parties.

7. HealthKit & Permissions

Stepzy integrates with Apple HealthKit to read data such as:

  • Steps
  • Workouts
  • Heart rate
  • Activity metrics

You control which data Stepzy can access.
You may revoke permissions at any time in Settings → Privacy → Health.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
  • Interfere with the App’s functionality or servers
  • Misuse any community features, including Discord access

Violation of these rules may result in termination of access.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code within Stepzy are the property of Suvy LLC DBA Suvysoft.
You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the App without written permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Stepzy if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You misuse the App or its services
  • Required by law or App Store policies

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

11. Limitation of Liability

Stepzy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suvysoft is not liable for:

  • Loss of data
  • Inaccurate health information
  • Device issues
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
The “Effective Date” above will reflect the latest version.
Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
